Veteran-owned services group · Richmond, Virginia

American service, engineered.

Six divisions under two engineer-founders: software, government solutions, robotics, defense support, global trade, and brand marketing. Every engagement is scoped in writing, priced before it starts, and delivered by a founder.

Information Technology

Software the owner signs.

Both founders hold computer-science degrees and both still write code. We build web applications, systems integration, and AI automation in fixed-scope engagements: an MVP with auth and one core workflow, a single AI process wired into your operations, a marketing site whose analytics actually reconcile. The founder who scopes your project is the founder who ships it.

Government Solutions

Built for the record.

We deliver software and marketing requirements under our listed NAICS codes, and we work the federal side the way we build software: by the book and in the open. A Virginia LLC on file since July 2026, with a capability statement published rather than gated behind a request form. Open now to subcontract and teaming-partner roles with primes who need senior delivery on a fixed scope.

Robotics & Autonomous Systems

Machines that answer for themselves.

Our build lane for autonomous platforms: chassis design, sensor integration, and the autonomy software that drives them. This division is in active development: prototypes first, promises later. When it takes client work, it will be because we have hardware on the table, not renders in a deck.

Defense & Military Support

Support shaped by first-hand service.

Valentor's chief executive is a service-disabled veteran; this division exists to put that experience to work on the mission side of government. It carries mission-support and training-support services, run on the same delivery discipline the rest of the group already operates.

Global Trade & Exports

American goods, moved with discipline.

The export division sources, coordinates, and moves US goods and services into world markets, built on the Commerce Department's veteran-export pipeline: VetsGoGlobal enrollment, US Export Assistance Center counseling, and partner-search programs behind a repeatable offer.

Sourcing · Logistics coordination · Export facilitation

Digital & Brand Marketing

Brands argued from evidence.

Identity systems, content engines, launch campaigns, and paid media with reporting you can audit. Productized scopes: a growth audit that ends in a 90-day plan, the sprint that executes it, an identity package with the guidelines written down. No retainers without defined deliverables. It is the same standard we hold this site to.

The record

Contracting officers check databases, not adjectives. Valentor is a Virginia LLC you can look up at the State Corporation Commission, with our NAICS codes, capability keywords, and point of contact published in full rather than held behind a request form.

The buyers we want are the ones who verify, so everything they need to do it is on this page.

Teaming

Open for subcontract and teaming work now.

Available today

Subcontract and teaming-partner roles under NAICS 541511, 541512, and 541613. A prime does not need us certified to put us on a team. Certification governs the goaling credit, not the work.

What a prime gets

Two computer-science founders who still write the code, scope and price fixed in writing before work starts, and a founder signing every deliverable. No layer of junior staff between the statement of work and the people doing it.

On the goaling clock

Since 22 December 2024, agencies and primes receive SDVOSB goaling and subcontracting credit only for SBA-certified firms. If your requirement turns on that credit, ask us where our SBA certification stands before you scope it and we will answer in writing within one business day. The rule, with citations.

The standard

Built in public, checkable by design.

Valentor is an American services group built to a single standard: the work is done right, and the claim can be checked. No invented client logos, no purchased testimonials. Everything on this page can be verified, and that is the point.

S-01

Scoped in writing

We quote what it costs and report what happened. Scope, price, and date go on paper before any work begins.

S-02

Founder-led

Deliberately small and senior. A founder scopes every engagement, and a founder signs every deliverable.

S-03

On the date

Delivery dates are commitments, not estimates. Change requests are re-scoped in writing, never absorbed in silence.

Why Washington should be a technology capital, not just the political one

New York is the financial capital. The Bay Area is the tech hub. Washington's shorthand is still politics, and the shorthand no longer matches the economy around it. Opening of a longer essay.

The CMMC pause is breathing room, not amnesty

The Pentagon suspended CMMC Phase 2 and stood up a 60-day task force. NIST 800-171, SPRS, and False Claims Act exposure all survive. Use the window to finish remediation at self-assessment cost.

The Pentagon's new drone office just moved your customer

DRPM-UxS consolidates unmanned-systems buying. Small autonomy vendors who re-map their pipeline to the new office in the next two quarters will own the consolidated buys.

Cheaper agent models aren't cheaper until you benchmark the task

Claude Sonnet 5 cut sticker prices for agent workloads and changed the tokenizer. Buyers should price cost-per-completed-task, not cost-per-million-tokens.

The breach pattern of 2026 gets your own staff to authorize the attacker

ShinyHunters' vishing-plus-OAuth playbook defeats MFA without breaking it. The controls that stop it are governance, not products, and a mid-market Salesforce shop can deploy them in a week.

GenAI.mil commoditized the chatbot. The market moved up a layer.

ChatGPT is now live for millions of DoD users at IL5. Small AI vendors pitching standalone chat are selling what the government already owns. The winnable work is mission-specific agents and data preparation.

Every federal registration you need is free

SAM.gov, EIN, VetCert, DSBS, APEX counseling: $0, all of it. Anyone charging you is marking up a free form. The order of operations we're following ourselves, with the numbers.

The 51/49 problem: losing SDVOSB eligibility inside your own operating agreement

Negative control is the #1 denial trap for veteran-civilian partnerships. 13 CFR 128.203, the extraordinary-action safe list, and the 2025 OHA precedent that maps our exact structure.

Sell to the VA first: where SDVOSB priority is written into statute

38 U.S.C. 8127 makes the VA the one agency required to put certified SDVOSBs first: 23% of VA prime dollars vs 5% government-wide. The strategy that follows from the statute.

2026-07-16How we work

The one-page rule: why we only sell fixed-scope work

A two-person senior firm has no room for drift. Scope, price, and date on one page before work begins, and what that costs us when a brief is vague.
